Description

Using RIT software and CIRS ISO Cube phantom will help test the following parameters of Varian kV (OBI) and MV (EPID):

  • kV (OBI) to MV (EPID) ISO Cube Center Offset
  • kV Vertical and Longitude Offset
  • kV and MV SID
  • MV Longitude and Lateral Offset
  • CBCT Longitude, Verticl and Lateral Offset
  • CBCT Isocenter Offset
  • kV Collimation (Radiation to Light Field Coincidence)
  • Spatial Resolution and MTF
  • MV Collimation (Radiation to Light Field Coincidence)
  • Supports:

  • All Varian EPID and OBI
  • All TG-142 recommended kV Imaging tests
  • In addition, it provides automated tracking, trending and reporting.

    Elekta XVI / EPID Isocenter Coincidence Tests

    Description

    Using Modus Penta-Guide phantom and Penta-Guide QA software will test the following parameters of Elekta kV (XVI) and MV (EPID):

  • kV (XVI) to MV (EPID) Penta-Guide phantom center X and Y location offset
  • X and Y field sizes
  • Scale error
  • Phantom rotation degree
  • Using the same phantom and software, it also tests CBCT image quality:

  • Image sizes, Vozel sizes and Center sphere sizes for X, Y and Z locations
  • Pitch, Roll and Yaw
  • Geometric Scale errors
  • Non-Uniformity
  • Contrast to Noise Ratio
  • Mean Acrylic CT Number with SD
  • Mean Air CT Number with SD
  • MTF (50%) in lp/mm
  • Non-Colinearity in mm
  • Error Phi in degree
  • Supports:

  • All Elekta EPID and XVI
  • All TG-142 recommended kV Imaging tests
